UBM has purchased Canon Communications for $287 million.

The business will be renamed UBM Canon.

Canon serves the global advanced manufacturing sector and publishes 24 manufacturing-focused magazines including China Medical Device Manufacturer (CMDM), European Medical Device Manufacturer, IVD Technology, Pharmaceutical & Medical Packaging News and European Medical Device Technology (MDT).
