Top Right Group to combine EMAP and 4C

EMAP brands Health Service Journal, MEED, Nursing Times and Retail Week will begin a phased programme to become events and digital-only as Top Right Group is set to merge 4C, Planet Retail/Retail Net Group (RNG), and EMAP. As a result of the merger, the EMAP and 4C company brands will be formally retired. The new operating company name will be launched in November this year.
