The Shephard Group has sold Low-Fare & Regional Airlines, Inflight-Online.com, LARAnews.net to HMG Aerospace Ltd.

Bernie Baldwin remains editor of Low-Fare & Regional Airlines and sister outlets LARAnews.net and Inflight-Online.com under the new ownership.

Slough-based Shephard remains the owner of Defence Helicopter, RotorHUB and Unmanned Vehicles as well as Digital Battlespace, Military Logistics International and Land Warfare International.
