The Daily Telegraph appoints personal finance editor

Andrew Oxlade is set to join The Daily Telegraph as personal finance editor.

Oxlade will replace Paul Farrow in this role, though his start date is yet to be confirmed. In the interim he will remain head of the Daily Mail's online business and personal finance content and editor of thisismoney.co.uk.
