Teachers TV, the website resource which provides video and support materials for those who work in education, is to close on 29 April 2011.

The closure is a result of the Department for Education terminating the Teachers TV contract.

All Teachers TV programmes will be made available to distributors on a non-exclusive basis after this. So any distributor providing the content will be required to stream it for free at the point of use. Details of how to access programmes can be found here.
