Andrew Shirley has left Farmers Weekly and the world of journalism and media.

Shirley has been replaced by former deputy business editor, Ian Ashbridge, as business, land and property editor.

Farmers Weekly serves the whole agricultural industry, providing an informed weekly commentary on British agriculture.
