The Road Haulage Association has appointed Caroline Bullock as editor of the organisation’s flagship publication, Roadway.

Bullock joins the RHA team as a result of the expansion of RHA Publications, which will be headed up by Peter Shakespeare. She has been working in business journalism and is a partner in a PR and copywriting agency.
