Jill Theobald has joined New Start as reporter.

Prior to joining the Sheffield-based title, the NCTJ qualified Theobald began her career as a reporter at the Rotherham Advertiser, before joining PR company HR Media.

Launched in 1999, New Start provides news, comment and analysis for all involved in community regeneration.

The magazine is published monthly by New Start Publishing.
