Redesign for Retail Technology
Retail Technology magazine, the publication focused on enterprise technology use in the retail industry, has been redesigned with exclusive content.
The first redesigned issue, available this month, has been resized and features an updated look and format.
The magazine has also moved from a 40-page bimonthly publication to a 60-page quarterly with the aim of bringing its readers more industry coverage. The first Autumn issue covers the roll out of tablet computers to staff of the mobile retail giant Carphone Warehouse, as well as interviews with those driving the IT strategy forward at fashion retailer Fat Face and bespoke window coverings company Hillarys.
The title has retained most features including 'Ones To Watch' and longer, in-depth case studies, with the addition of items such as the 'Around The Globe' and 'News Digest' sections. The 'Ask The Expert' web section has also been integrated into the magazine.
“This redesign is an evolution of the title that the industry has grown to know very well over the years,” said Miya Knights, Retail Technology editor, “so we’ve retained many of the technology features that appear annually in the magazine. But we’ve also gone into much more depth on projects that can demonstrate the trends and best practice every retail technologist is looking to harness.”
