Media One Communications has appointed Rebecca Hubbard as acting editor of the titles British Builder and Developer and Packaging Gazette.

Hubbard was previously online editor at Packaging Gazette. She has replaced Keith Lucas at the two publications, as he has now left Media One Communications.
