Mark Frary and Betty Low have recently launched Public Sector Travel (PST), a web portal and information service for business travel buyers and managers in the public sector.

The website comprises both public and private sites. While the public site contains features, news, data, tools, information sheets and a jobs board, the private site comprises premium data, forums and a searchable archive available only for registered users.

Prior to the launch, Frary covered business travel for the Times and other outlets while Low was the editor in chief Business Travel World magazine.
