The Construction Index has appointed Phil Bishop as editor. Bishop replaces Will Mann, who is now joining Interserve Project Services in a business development role.

Bishop took over as editor on 15 November and has been a construction journalist for more than 20 years, mostly with New Civil Engineer and then Cranes Today. He has been freelance since 2004.
