OpenMoney has appointed Smoking Gun to handle its PR campaign strategy and implementation.

The Manchester agency will support the brand on consumer PR campaigns and press office as it seeks to plug what it describes as the ‘financial advice gap’.

OpenMoney currently offers advice and support in areas such as debt, money saving and pensions. It is also developing a mortgage advice line to launch later in the year.
