Newsquest Media Group changes up Sussex titles

Newsquest Media Group has made the following changes to three free weekly publications:

The Mid Sussex Leader has been closed and replaced by the Mid Sussex Argus. It will have the same editorial staff as parent title The Argus (Brighton) and all other details of the title will remain the same as the previous.

In addition to this relaunch, the South Coast Leader has also relaunched as the Lewes and South Coast Argus. Again, the staff and details will remain the same.

Brighton & Hove Leader has closed.

These changes are part of a strategy to bring the Leader branding in line with the parent title The Argus (Brighton).
