Nick Bostock has been appointed news editor on IndependentNurse.

Bostock replaced Judy Sands on the Haymarket Medical Publications magazine on 19 September. He joined from sister title GP. Sands has left to concentrate on her writing, and is still freelancing for the magazine.

IndependentNurse is published fortnightly and is aimed at primary care and community nurses.
