Fryer & Fast Food, the regional fast food and catering trade magazine, has been purchased by the ChippyChat website team.

Current publisher, Keith Dixon, is retiring from his role after the March issue. All advertising requests, press releases, and editorial contributions should now be sent to chippychat@hotmail.co.uk.

ChippyChat aims to increase the online exposure of the magazine, whilst maintaining the publication’s standards.
