Mirror Group makes social content appointment

Trinity Mirror has appointed Alex Hudson as head of social content at the Daily Mirror.

Hudson, who begins the role on 27 October, currently works for the BBC as a producer for Question Time and BBC Click, a consultant for Newsbeat and a reporter for BBC News Online. He tweets @alexhuds.
