Mercer moves LA way for PA correspondent secondment

The Press Association has appointed David Mercer as Los Angeles correspondent. Mercer will be reporting directly from the Los Angeles area, returning to his news reporter role in London following the secondment. He has also previously served as a news reporter for the PA, and can be found tweeting @davidmercerpa.
