In September, Mera (Medical Education Resource Africa) will relaunch as Africa Health.

The current journal was launched in 2002 following the amalgamation of Africa Health journal and Tropical Doctor journal.

In addition to the new-style journal, the redesigned Africa Health will work to develop different country editions. The intention is that the first eight pages of the journal will be from the ministry of health of the reader’s country.

Published bimonthly by FSG Communications Ltd, Africa Health is read by medical personnel in sub-Saharan Africa.
