Mark Allen Group has acquired HR Magazine from Haymarket Business Media.

The sale of the title, which will be based in Mark Allen Group’s head
office in south London, was completed on 9 November.

Siân Harrington remains editor, and Joe Williams has been appointed as the new deputy editor.
