London Evening Standard makes a number of promotions
London Evening Standard has made a number of promotions at the paper.
Following Jack Lefley‘s promotion to Associate Editor (News), the following changes have been made to the news team. Mark Wilkinson has been promoted from Deputy News Editor to News Editor. Simon Freeman has been promoted from Night News Editor to Deputy News Editor. Michael Howie has been promoted from Assistant News Editor to Associate News Editor. News Reporter Matt Watts has been made Assistant News Editor.
Evening Standard has also welcomed Sarah Collins as Brussels Correspondent. Sarah has written on the EC for national newspapers in the UK and Ireland and has worked for the past ten years in Brussels, where she will continue to be based.
Campaigns Editor David Cohen has been appointed to the new position of Investigations and Campaigns Editor while David Churchill is promoted from Reporter to Investigations Reporter.
