The Construction Index has appointed Lisa Russell as international editor.

Russell will take charge of all content for the international construction news section. She has been a freelance writer and editor since 2003, mainly covering the construction industry. Her other regular roles include being online news editor of www.bridgeweb.com and associate editor of Noise Bulletin.
