BPL Broadcast, the publisher for IBE (International Broadcast Engineer) has launched a print magazine and website.  IBEConnects.com includes industry and product news, features and content.

IBE, which is 50 years old next year, has undergone several recent staffing changes. Saleha Williams, former Siemens business development director and current vice president of BPL Broadcast, takes over as IBE publisher. Technology journalist Will Garside has been appointed as editor and Monica Heck joins the publication as deputy editor.

IBEConnects launch coincides with next week's "Connected Media World at NAB Show", a joint venture between BPL Broadcast and the National Association of Broadcasters' trade show.
