Peebles Media has appointed Graham Mann as editor of Packaging Scotland, replacing the firm’s group editor Mike Travers who fulfilled the role on an interim basis following the departure of former editor Chris Fitzgerald to Connect Communications.

Mann spent ten years working in local newspapers – Arbroath Herald, Airdrie & Coatbridge Advertiser and East Kilbride News – before making the switch to trade magazines with Peebles Media Group in the summer of 2010. He also works as assistant editor on Project Scotland, the group’s monthly construction news magazine.

He’s eager to establish new contacts with any organisations/companies involved in the packaging industry particularly those operating or with an interest in the Scottish industry. He also welcomes contributions from across the UK and abroad especially in relation to innovations and commentary on national and international issues.
