Global acquires The Bay and Lakeland Radio

Global has acquired Lancaster-based radio stations The Bay and Lakeland Radio from CN Group.

The Bay covers North Lancashire and South Cumbria and is broadcast from Lancaster, while Kendal based Lakeland Radio transmits across the South Lakes.

The deal is expected to be made at the end of November 2017.
