Eireann closes Irish Practice Nurse
Eireann Healthcare has closed Irish Practice Nurse.
The closure was not officially announced until the end of 2007, despite the title not having been published since mid-2007. Irish Practice Nurse was a monthly title for the Irish Practice Nurses Association.
The editor, Sinead Jeffrey, who also managed titles DiabetesWise and HeartWise, left the company on 21 December.
Hazel Agar, editor of sister titles CancerWise and OsteoWise, replaces Jeffrey, who took on management of these titles following the departure of Katie Moten in October 2007.
The “Wise” series of journals are published quarterly and aim to educate healthcare professionals in their respective areas through news and developments.
