Grazia's news features editor Louisa Pritchard has been promoted to features director and will cover real life content and news features alongside running the features team. 

Also promoted at the Bauer weekly is senior features writer Zoe Beaty, now working as junior commissioning editor/senior writer on the features team. Deputy entertainment and news editor Lottie Lumsden is now news and entertainment editor, overseeing 'What It Takes', 'Culture Clock', and big celebrity interviews, contributing to the 'Culture' section, and running the news desk. 

Appointments at Grazia include Ben Neale as digital content co-ordinator working on iPad content, and Paul Flynn as contributing culture editor (freelance), continuing his TV column in the magazine as well as taking on the '10 Hot Things to do Week In/Week Out' section. Joe Stone, who freelances and writes a regular column for Attitude, will serve as senior news reporter from Monday to Thursday. 

Emily Phillips had joined as senior commissioning editor on 30 June.
