Editorial changes at Electrical Wholesaler and Building Services & Environmental Engineer

Electrical Wholesaler (EW) and BSEE (Building Services & Environmental Engineer)'s Tracey Rushton-Thorpe is to leave her editor position at the titles. 

She will be replaced by Deborah Eales who takes over as editor of both titles.
