Link Publishing has appointed Ben Welch as editor of Print Monthly.

The former editor, Morwenna Kearns, and deputy editor, James Matthews-Paul, have left the publication to go freelance.

Welch was a freelance journalist prior to his appointment as editor and took up the role on 24 June.
