Service Management has hired Dennis Flower as editor.

Flower began at the end of November and is responsible for all aspects of the magazine including news, features and editing contributions. He is also responsible for the editorial content of servicemanagement365.com.

Service Management has also recently moved from their address in Isleworth to Blackfriars Road in London.

CMP Information’s Service Management magazine is a journal for the UK field service and service management market.
