Hazardous Cargo Bulletin has hired Joanne Payne as deputy editor.

Payne previously worked as a news reporter for Estates Gazette. She began her role at Hazardous Cargo Bulletin on 28 April.

Hazardous Cargo Bulletin is read by professionals involved in the transportation, storage and handling of chemicals, oils, gases and related materials.
