CTLD Holdings will launch OffComm News, an online magazine, in mid-August.

OffComm News covers advancements in communications for personnel on offshore rigs worldwide. The magazine focuses on communication innovation for the rig workers and covers internet access in cabins, installations and upgrades of internet cafe style areas on board, public telephone installations and innovation in the technology on board rigs and accommodation blocks for telephone and internet access.
