Changes on The Guardian foreign desk
The Guardian has made the following appointments on the foreign desk:
Andrew Roth has been appointed Moscow Bureau Chief. He is currently a Reporter at The Washington Post based in Moscow.
Shaun Walker has been appointed Central & Eastern Europe Correspondent and will be relocating to Budapest. He is currently Moscow Correspondent.
Lily Kuo has been appointed Beijing Bureau Chief and will be relocating to Beijing. She is currently Reporter for Quartz covering East Africa and China based in Kenya.
Tom Phillips has been appointed Latin American Correspondent and will be relocating to Mexico. He is currently Beijing Bureau Chief.
Hannah Ellis-Petersen has been appointed South East Asia Correspondent and will be relocating to Bangkok. She is currently Culture Reporter.
Oliver Holmes has been appointed Jerusalem Correspondent and will be relocating to Jerusalem. He is currently South East Asia Correspondent based in Bangkok.
