Phil Tromans is to leave his position as motoring writer at Fleet News on 27 August.

From September, Tromans will be online editor for Dubai-based CAR Middle East. There is no replacement as yet.

Bauer’s Fleet News contains vehicle launch reports, news and features for decision makers in the company car and van industry.
