Cage & Aviary Birds redesigns
IPC Inspire’s Cage & Aviary Birds has revealed a redesign, including a new look masthead and a new array of features.
In addition to all the latest news, the new look Cage & Aviary Birds also includes the brand new monthly Vet Clinic, Hot Debate – which allows readers to discuss a range of topical issues, a weekly 60-Second Interview with leading figures in the birdkeeping community as well as a regular Desert Island Birds franchise – where birdkeepers get to choose the five birds they’d take with them if they were stranded on a desert island.
New columnists have also been drafted in to cover companion parrots, fancy pigeons and fancy poultry, along with a secret undercover reporter called Hawkeye who dishes the dirt on the bird world.
The Club News section has undergone a revamp to include a club of the week and unsung hero. This is in addition to the usual club meetings, listings and show reports. The products page has also been revamped.
Editor Kim Forrester says: “The new and improved Cage & Aviary Birds improves on what we do best: ensuring our readers know how to keep, breed, house and show a wide variety of birds, from canaries to zebra finches, budgerigars to exotic parrots.”
