British Baker’s acting deputy editor, Andrew Williams, has been permanently appointed to the role.

Williams replaces previous deputy editor Anne Bruce following her decision to go freelance after a year of maternity leave.

The fortnightly magazine is published by William Reed for professionals in the UK baking industry.
