BBC Wildlife Magazine appoints guest editors
BBC Wildlife Magazine has appointed the guest editor line-up for its next three editions, following editor Sophie Stafford's departure from the title in June.
The natural history title is currently recruiting for a permanent editor.
In the meantime, TV presenter and naturalist Chris Packham has edited the current August issue, while the September issue will be supervised by Mark Carwardine, a zoologist, photographer, conservationist, BBC TV presenter and regular contributor to the title. Finally, the October issue will be guest edited by Steve Backshall, a TV presenter, adventure naturalist and writer.
Each guest editor will be invited to shine a spotlight on some of the wildlife topics closest to their hearts and will present that month’s magazine though the editor’s letter.
