BBC Asian Network makes schedule changes

BBC Asian Network is to make changes to its schedule from 14 May.

Mobeen Azhar will host a talk show addressing key issues for young people from Monday to Thursday, 10pm – 12am. Nucleva is also taking on a show focusing on electronic music from around South Asia on Sunday evenings from 7pm – 9pm.

Asian Network Residency will air on Saturdays from 10pm – 1am, showcasing up-and-coming DJ talent. Mawaan Rizwan and Emily Lloyd Saini’s show will move to Saturday afternoons from 1pm – 4pm.

DJ AJD will host a show on Saturdays from 4pm – 7pm and Panjabi Hit Squad will present an additional Friday night show.
