Appointment at the Irish Independent
The Irish Independent has appointed Fionnan Sheahan as editor. Sheahan began this role in January 2015, and has previously served as political editor to this publication, as well as group political editor for Independent News & Media Group.
A replacement group political editor at INM is yet to be confirmed.
