A short intro to your organisation
Pearl Lemon PR is an international PR agency that specializes in reputation management, public relations, and a combination of SEO/link building to boost our clients’ brands.
Why you decided to sign up for the Journalist Enquiry Service
We decided to sign up for the journalist enquiry service because we wanted to receive quality media requests from journalists who write for reputable publications. We’ve used other services similar to this, but Response Source has a more promising database that connects us with high-quality PR opportunities.
The benefits of the service now you’re using it
ResponseSource has many niche categories that work for almost all our clients. It’s easy to use, and the email service makes it simple to review all potential media opportunities on a daily basis. After using tools like HARO, SourceBottle, and many others, I know that I cannot work without Response Source because the value it brings is better than the other media request services out there.
The positive results you’ve seen/any metrics you’re happy to share
With ResponseSource, I’ve been able to build relationships with editors and journalists in the UK. This is something the team and I couldn’t have done with other media request platforms. ResponseSource has journalists and editors that are not just looking for a story, but are also interested in delving deeper, doing interviews, and building lasting professional relationships for future collaborations.
I’d say that you’ll have a much higher success rate using ResponseSource than other platforms because the people who send media requests here don’t get too overwhelmed with responses (since it’s a paid service) and have more leeway to connect with you when they’re interested in your pitches. If I send 10 HARO pitches in a week, I’ll get 1-2 responses. Whereas, on Response Source, if I send 10 pitches in a week, I’ll get 4-6 responses and 2-3 opportunities to build an ongoing partnership with the editors/journalists. The success rate is much much higher with ResponseSource and I really can’t work without it!
