Hearst UK has confirmed the launch of Delish, an online destination for recipes and videos. The site will cover food and drink features and longer form pieces focusing on the importance of local produce to the environment and making food and cooking an accessible and enjoyable activity. The main content pillars of the website will be meals & cooking, food news, cocktails & drinks and kitchen tips & tools, alongside video content and social media. The launch is an extension of the Delish brand which currently exists in the US. Victoria Chandler, former digital food editor at Good Housekeeping, has been appointed as editor of the London-based team.
