Newsquest Wales & Gloucestershire appoints editor

Newsquest Wales & Gloucestershire has appointed Michael Purton as editor of Wilts and Gloucestershire Standard, Stroud News & Journal and Gloucestershire County Gazette, replacing Skip Walker and Sue Smith. Purton previously served as assistant editor at Wilts and Gloucestershire Standard. 

Steve Mather replaces Michael Purton as assistant editor.
