Red Lorry Yellow Lorry has appointed Hannah Patel as UK, Director. She previously held the role of Commercial Development Director at the PR agency.
Meredith L. Eaton, who joins from March Communications, has been hired as Director of North America.
Hannah and Meredith will have overall responsibility for growth and client services in their regions.
