Murray Chalmers PR has acquired client wins for the team’s Brands and Events Division. These include Big Apple Brixton, BRITS Icon Award and Beautycon Festival London.

Big Apple Brixton is the winter incarnation of London’s summer pop up, Brixton Beach Boulevard. The team will work to transport Londoner’s to 1970s New York City for three themed indoor bars and a nightclub.

The BRITs Icon Award 2017 will be awarded to Robbie Williams. MCPR will handle all live event PR for the show at London’s Troxy, 7 November, plus PR for the show’s broadcast on ITV in December.

Beautycon Festival London will return to Kensington Olympia on 3 December 2016, offering fans the opportunity to meet their favourite YouTubers and Beauty and Fashion bloggers, plus Q&A panels, fashion shows, giveaways and celebrity appearances. MCPR will work with the Beautycon Media team in the US to coordinate all media, talent profiling, line up announcements, live event management and much more.

MCPR have also retained The NME Awards for 2017.
