NewBay Media has launched IT Channel Expert, an online publication featuring resources and opinions from the IT industry.

IT Channel Expert will act as a sister publication to NewBay’s UK IT and tech trade magazine PCR.

Aimed mainly at resellers, as well as IT managers and other businesses in the industry, PCR’s deputy editor Laura Barnes will take on the role of editor on IT Channel Expert.

“We wanted to have a place where people in the industry could learn from, whether that’s a services provider looking for advice on how to grow their business, or a tech reseller researching the pros and cons of selling cloud,” says Barnes. “While PCR does cover the reseller market, it focuses on news, interviews and features. IT Channel Expert acts as a dedicated portal for resources, such as white papers, reports and research, as well as opinions and advice from key figures in the industry.”
